Adult and child lunchables require 2 business day notice for pick up and 3 for delivery! If you need something for a lunchbox ... we're your people!
For general orders and boxes/boards: because every ingredient is purchased fresh specifically for your order rather than in bulk, please allow 48 to 72 hours advance notice for most orders.

If we have options ready for immediate purchase or specialty, seasonal items - they will be posted to social media and our website and are sold first come, first served or purchased by pre-order online.
You may request specific items or omissions requests (such as removing nuts/olives or requesting addition of goat cheese), though while we do our utmost to accommodate, specific substitutions cannot be fully guaranteed. The Gather & Graze Co., reserves the right to be able to refuse accommodation to orders when already in production.

Planning a larger gathering or custom event?
Looking for full-scale catering, grazing tables, or custom spreads? We require 4-6 weeks notice for small to medium events, and approximately 16 weeks (4 months at minimum) notice for weddings and large celebrations at this time.
